Professional with over 7 years of international experience in software implementation for Oracle Products, such us PeopleSoft Human Resources, Time and Labor and Global Payroll. on USA) agencies in Europe, Africa, Asia and America. Experience in PeopleSoft project life cycle, Compass Methodology (specific for PeopleSoft applications and developed by PeopleSoft), End Users training, End Users Support, Process Design, Project Management, Customizations, Fit/Gap analysis, System Test, Security, PeopleTools, etc. Experience in global implementation using Multilanguage and multicurrency tools. Optional coordinated multidisciplinary teams (functional and technical teams), offshore team, near shore team
